Small business
AI receptionist for small businesses
The contractor in Sheffield had a landline that rang in an empty office and a mobile that rang while he was wiring a consumer unit, and the customers who got voicemail on both rang the next electrician on the list. The AI receptionist answers the landline and the mobile's divert now, asks what the job is and whether anything is sparking or tripping right now, finds the customer in the job system when they have used the firm before, and books a quote visit into whichever van covers that postcode on a day it is actually free. Anyone with no power in the house is put through to him, ladder or not. He found out from the first month's transcripts how many calls he had been losing, and stopped counting at thirty.
Dental and medical
Dental practice reception and recalls
The practice manager at a mixed NHS and private practice in Bristol had been meaning to work the recall list since the previous August, when the phones went quiet for a fortnight and she got as far as the letter D. Her one receptionist was covering two lines, and the hygienist column had three gaps most weeks that a phone call would have filled if anyone at the desk had been free to make it. The AI receptionist we built for them answers both lines now, books into the practice software the nurses actually keep up to date rather than the one the practice paid for, texts the patient a confirmation while they are still on the call, and puts anyone who says the word pain through to a person before they have finished the sentence. In the afternoons, when the desk is quietest, it rings the recall list from where she left off and offers the hygienist gaps to whoever is overdue, and the column that used to sit empty on Tuesdays has had three or four names in it every week since March, most of them people whose surname starts with a letter later than D.
Property
Outbound calling for property enquiries
A lettings branch in south Manchester was getting portal enquiries in batches, most of them out of hours, and the negotiators rang them back in the order they came in, which meant the good ones had already viewed somewhere else. The agent now rings within minutes, asks when they want to move, what they can pay a month, whether they have a guarantor and which areas they would consider, and books the viewing into the negotiator's diary. Sunday's enquiries are viewed by Tuesday. The branch manager noticed the difference before the reporting did.
How we work with UK businesses
Scoping is a call on UK time, the agent is built to the wording and the hours you sign off, and you listen to recordings before it takes a live call. Data stays in the UK or the EU as your policy requires, every call is transcribed, and the agent writes back to whichever diary, case or CRM system you already use. If your volume is low enough that a person on reception is the better answer, we will tell you on the first call.
Where else we work
The same agents answer phones and work call lists for businesses in Australia, Ireland, Netherlands and United States.
