Enterprise AI Agent Development

Large organizations rarely lack an AI pilot, and most have two or three that answered questions well in a demo and then stalled at the security review or at the integration with the system of record. We build AI voice and chat agents for enterprise teams that go through that review early, connect to the systems where the work actually lives, and roll out one department at a time.

Why enterprise AI pilots stall

The pilot usually works, which is the frustrating part. Then someone from information security asks where the call recordings are stored, legal asks who can read the transcripts, and IT points out that the agent needs to write to an ERP nobody on the pilot team has permission to touch. Six months later the chatbot is still answering questions from a spreadsheet somebody exported in March.

How businesses use it

Workflow

Contact center overflow

Seasonal peaks used to mean temporary staff, long hold times and a week of training that was out of date by the second shift. The agent takes the routine calls during the peak and passes the complicated ones to your permanent team with the account already looked up.

Workflow

IT and HR service desks

Employees asking how to reset access, book leave or find the expenses policy get an answer in chat or on the phone at any hour, and the agent opens a ticket with the details filled in when a person needs to act.

Workflow

Back-office document processing

An agentic workflow reads incoming orders, claims or delivery notes, matches each one to the right record in your system, and routes the exceptions to a person with the source document attached.

What we do

Security-first agent architecture

We start with the questions your security and compliance teams will ask, about where data is stored, which models process it, how long recordings are kept and who can open them, and we answer them in writing before we build anything. Agents can run on infrastructure you control, including self-hosted models where your policies require it, with access controls that follow the roles your organization already uses. Every action an agent takes is logged alongside the transcript and the data it touched, so an auditor can trace any decision back to the conversation that produced it.

Delivering enterprise builds in phases

Enterprise work runs on our Enterprise Build, which is priced per project and covers the agent architecture we design for you, an implementation that starts from your security requirements, onboarding for the teams who will manage the agents, and delivery in phases that each have to prove themselves. The first phase is deliberately small, one queue, one department or one country, and the results it produces are what your steering group uses to approve the next.

We sign your data processing agreement, complete your vendor security questionnaire, and set up a HIPAA-ready build with a business associate agreement in the US wherever health data is involved.

We're a small, senior team, so the people who scope your project are the people who build it, and we'll tell you honestly if the rollout you have in mind needs a larger systems integrator working alongside us.

How the build works

Every build follows the same disciplined path, so you always know what happens next and where things stand.

  1. 01

    Map the workflow

We find where work enters, what breaks, and which systems have to stay in sync.

  2. 02

    Build the automation

We implement the logic, AI, approvals, and integrations that remove the manual steps.

  3. 03

    Launch with control

We test the edge cases, document the flow, and hand off a system your team can trust.

Common questions

Can the agents run on our own infrastructure?

Yes. We can deploy agents inside your cloud account or on self-hosted models where your security policy requires it, and we document the architecture for your review before the build begins.

Which AI models do you use?

We choose the model for each job based on accuracy, speed, cost and where your data is allowed to go, and we tell you which provider processes what before anything is built.

How do you handle compliance requirements?

We work to your data processing agreement and security questionnaire, set up HIPAA-ready builds with a business associate agreement for US health data, and design outbound calling around the TCPA in the US and PECR in the UK.

How long does an enterprise project take?

The first phase usually goes live within six to ten weeks, most of which is the security review and integration work, and each later phase is planned from what the first one measured.
