AI Agent Pricing

Every agent we build has a one-time setup fee that pays for the design, the integrations and the testing, and most clients add monthly support once the agent is live. Phone minutes and AI usage are billed by the providers at their own rates, and your proposal shows every figure before you pay anything.

Starter Agent

From $500

one-time setup

One agent doing one job on a standard setup, such as answering your phone line and booking callers into the calendar you already use.

  • A scoping call and a map of the conversations it will handle
  • One voice or chat agent that answers from your own information
  • Booking into Google Calendar or Outlook
  • Launch support and a handover document your team can actually follow

Custom Agent

$1,500 – $5,000+

per agent, one-time setup

An agent designed around how your business really works, connected to the systems your team already keeps up to date, and tested against your own past conversations before a single customer hears it.

  • Conversation design, prompts and guardrails written for your business
  • Deep integration with HubSpot, Salesforce or a calendar your team built in-house
  • Testing against hundreds of your past conversations, awkward ones included
  • Escalation rules that pass the hard calls to the right person

Growth Agent System

From $2,000

one-time setup

Several agents across phone, chat and your CRM, sharing what they know and following up on each other's conversations.

  • Voice and chat agents that share one knowledge base
  • CRM, calendar and messaging integration
  • Escalation, approval and exception handling
  • Monthly tuning once the agents are live

Enterprise Build

Custom quote

scoped per project

Agents across departments, built through your security review and rolled out one team at a time.

  • Agent and workflow architecture designed for you
  • Self-hosted models where your policies require them
  • Onboarding and access controls for the teams who manage the agents
  • Delivery in phases, each one measured before the next begins

Monthly support is quoted per project. Phone numbers, call minutes and AI usage are billed at the providers' rates.

What the setup fee pays for

Most of the setup fee pays for the hours a developer spends before your agent answers its first call. We write the conversation design, the prompts and the guardrails that stop the agent promising things you don't offer, then wire it into the systems your team already works in, whether that's HubSpot, Salesforce or a calendar somebody built in-house years ago. Before launch we run it against hundreds of real conversations from your own past calls and chats, including the awkward ones where a caller changes their mind halfway through a sentence.

A custom agent costs anywhere from $1,500 to $5,000 and up because the work varies that much. An agent that answers questions and books into one calendar sits at the bottom of the range, while one that qualifies leads, updates three systems and hands calls to different teams depending on the caller's territory sits at the top.

Monthly support and tuning

We quote monthly support in each proposal, because what an agent needs after launch depends on how many conversations it handles and how often your prices, hours and services change. Support means we read the transcripts, fix the answers that went wrong, update the agent whenever your business changes, and keep the integrations working when one of the connected tools updates itself overnight.

Usage costs at the providers' rates

Phone numbers, call minutes and AI model usage are charged by the companies that provide them, and we pass those costs on at exactly what we pay, or set the accounts up in your business's name so the providers bill you directly. A clinic taking two hundred calls a week pays more in minutes than a consultant taking twenty, which is why your proposal estimates usage for your own call volume rather than quoting a flat number here.

How payment works

Setup is paid as a 50% deposit when you sign the proposal and the remaining 50% when the agent goes live. If you cancel before our kickoff call you get the whole deposit back, and the Refund Policy explains what happens at every stage after that, up to the 30 days of free fixes that follow launch.

When an agent isn't worth it

If your phone rings a handful of times a week, the setup fee will take a long time to pay for itself, and we'll tell you so on the free plan review before you spend anything. Sometimes the honest answer is a better voicemail greeting and an online booking link that costs nothing.

Pricing questions

How much does an AI agent cost?

A Starter Agent costs from $500 to set up, a custom agent costs $1,500 to $5,000 or more depending on how much it has to do, and systems of several agents start at $2,000. Monthly support is quoted per project, and phone minutes and AI usage are billed at the providers' rates.

Is there a monthly fee?

Only if you want ongoing support and tuning, which most clients do, and we quote it in your proposal based on your conversation volume and how often your business details change.

Why is the price range for a custom agent so wide?

The price follows the work. Booking into one calendar takes days, while connecting to a CRM, routing calls by territory and testing hundreds of edge cases takes weeks, and we tell you which end you're at after the scoping call.

Do you charge for the plan review?

No. The plan review is free, and we'll tell you in it whether an agent is worth building for your business at all.
