Dairy equipment
Breakdown calls for milking equipment dealers
A dealer in Leeuwarden serviced milking systems on four hundred farms and took the five o'clock breakdown call on a technician's mobile, which meant a technician who was already under a machine. The agent now answers, identifies the farm and the installation, asks what the system is doing and whether the herd can still be milked, follows the dealer's own triage list, and puts a stopped parlour straight through to the on-call technician with the farm's service history read out. Calls about a filter or a consumable are booked for the next routine visit. The technicians now hear about the breakdowns that are breakdowns.
Boat charter
Availability calls for boat charters
A charter company in Sneek with thirty boats took bookings by phone from March, and by May the owner was answering the same question about the same sloop for the same week. The AI receptionist checks the live fleet calendar, tells the caller which boats are free for their dates and what each sleeps, quotes the price for those dates, takes the booking and sends the deposit link, and puts the caller through to a person for anything about licences or the Wadden. Callers in German are answered in German. The owner now spends May on the boats.
Electronics
Returns line for consumer electronics makers
A manufacturer in Drachten sold to consumers across Europe and ran a returns line that began with a six-option menu and ended, for most callers, in a hang-up. The agent now answers in the caller's language, asks what the product is doing, walks through the three checks the manufacturer approved, registers the return with the serial number and the fault, sends the label by email, and tells the customer when the replacement ships. Callers whose product is out of warranty are told the repair price before anything is sent. The menu is gone, and so is most of the hold music.
How we work in Friesland
Scoping is a call on Leeuwarden time, in Dutch or English, and the agent is built to the wording and the hours you sign off. It connects to the service, fleet or returns system you already run, is tested on recordings of your own callers, and every call is transcribed and kept in the EU. A dealer or charter whose volume would be better served by a person on the desk is told so on the first call, and in Friesland that is sometimes the answer.
Where else we work
The same agents answer phones and work call lists for businesses in Drenthe, Noord-Holland and Noord-Brabant, and the Netherlands page covers where else we are working this year.
