Software
AI agent bouwen for Zuidas software companies
A B2B software company on the Zuidas was getting demo requests overnight from time zones its sales team was asleep in, and ringing them the next afternoon when the prospect had moved on to the next vendor. The founders did not want a dialer with a script, they wanted an AI agent built against the qualification questions their own best rep asked, so that is what we built. It calls within minutes, in English, German or Dutch, asks what the prospect is trying to connect, how many people would use it and when they are hoping to decide, and books the demo with the rep who covers that country. Prospects who are only researching are sent the deck and put into a slower cycle. The reps now wake up to a calendar rather than a queue.
Notaries
Notary office calls and deed status
A notary practice in Haarlem had two clerks, a phone that rang mostly to ask whether a deed had been passed, and a waiting room that watched them answer it. The AI receptionist takes the call, identifies the file from the caller, reads the stage the deed has reached and what is still outstanding, books the signing appointment when the file allows it, and puts anything about the content of a deed through to the notary with the file number already found. Clients who ring for a quote on a will or a transfer are given the fixed prices and booked in. The clerks now finish the deeds people are ringing about.
Education
Admissions calls for international schools
An international school in Amstelveen had admissions enquiries in Japanese, Korean, English, Dutch, Hindi and Portuguese, and a front desk that could manage two of them. The agent answers in the caller's language, asks the child's age, the year they are hoping to start, whether the family has already relocated and which curriculum they are looking for, checks the places available in that year, and books the tour or the assessment into the admissions team's diary. Families with a child who has additional needs are put through to a person. The desk answers the doorbell now.
How we work in Noord-Holland
Scoping is a call on Amsterdam time, in Dutch or English, and the agent is built to the wording and the hours you sign off in every language your callers use. It connects to the CRM, the file system or the admissions software you already run, is tested on recordings of your own callers, and every call is transcribed with the data kept in the EU. Where a person on the desk would serve you better at your volume, we say so before the build.
Where else we work
The same agents answer phones and work call lists for businesses in Zuid-Holland, Gelderland and Limburg, and the Netherlands page covers where else we are working this year.
