AI Outbound Calling and AI Bellen in Noord-Brabant

A sales office at a machining shop near Eindhoven was taking requests for quotation on a notepad, from engineers who had the drawing open in front of them and a tolerance class the person writing could not spell, and ringing them back once somebody had found the drawing. In Tilburg, a gym chain had three hundred lapsed members it meant to ring every January, and a plan that survived until the second week of January. We build the AI receptionist that answers those calls and books them into the system the business already runs, and the AI outbound calling agent, AI bellen as the Tilburg chain's operations manager has it on her whiteboard, that rings the quotes, the confirmations and the lapsed members back, on Eindhoven time.

RFQ intake for machining shops

A machining company in the Brainport region had engineers ringing with a drawing number, a material, a quantity and a deadline, and a sales office that wrote it on a pad and rang back when it had found the drawing. The agent now takes the request, asks for the drawing number, the material, the tolerance class, the quantity and the date needed, checks the customer against the ERP, creates the quotation request with everything attached, and rings the engineer back when the estimator has priced it. The pad went in a drawer.

AI bellen for lapsed gym members

The chain of six gyms in Tilburg and Eindhoven had a list of members whose contracts had lapsed in the last two years, and a plan to ring them every January that survived until the second week of January. The AI outbound calling agent works the list now, in the evenings when people are home, asks whether they stopped because of the price, the hours or the branch, offers the current intro month where the chain has said it may, books a trainer intake for the ones who say yes, and writes the reason down for the ones who say no. Members who want to complain about why they left are put through to the branch manager. The chain learned in one February that a third of the list had moved house, which the mailings had not mentioned.

Venue enquiry handling for event spaces

An event venue in Breda with three halls had an events manager who took every enquiry personally and lost the ones that arrived while she was running an event. The agent now answers, asks which date they have in mind, how many guests are coming, what kind of event it is and whether they want catering, checks the hall calendar for that date, offers the alternatives when it is taken, and books the viewing into the manager's diary. The Saturday question gets answered on the first ring, forty times a week, by something that does not mind.

Working with businesses in Noord-Brabant

Scoping is a call on Eindhoven time, in Dutch or English, and the agent is built to the wording and the rules you sign off. It connects to the ERP, the membership or the venue booking system you already run, is tested on recordings of your own callers, and every call is transcribed and kept in the EU. A shop or venue whose volume would be better served by one more person is told so before the build.

Repetitive admin moves automatically, so the team spends its time on revenue and customers.

Common questions

Is AI bellen to former members allowed?

A former member is an existing customer relationship, and the Dutch rules allow a business to ring its own customers about its own comparable services unless the person has opted out, so the agent checks the Bel-me-niet history and the chain's own opt-out list before it dials and stops the moment someone says they would rather not be called. A list bought from someone else is a different matter, and we say so before the campaign is built. We are not your privacy counsel, and the consent basis for each number is shown to you before the first call.

Can it take a technical request accurately?

It asks for exactly the fields your quoting process needs, in the order your sales office asks them, reads them back to the engineer before it ends the call, and attaches what it heard to the request in the ERP. Something it cannot make out, like a tolerance class over a bad line, is flagged for a person rather than guessed.

Can it freeze or cancel memberships itself?

Within the rules you set, yes, and it reads those rules to the member so the notice period and the freeze limit are never a surprise. Every change is confirmed by email to the member and logged against the membership, and a request outside the rules goes to a person with the history attached rather than being refused by a machine.

Can it quote different prices for different events?

It uses the price list you give it, by hall, by day and by event type, and it says so when a price depends on a viewing. It never invents a discount. Enquiries that ask for a package the list does not cover are booked for a conversation with the events manager, with the details already written down.
