Housing
Sales line for new-build developers
A developer releasing a phase of ninety homes in Almere had a sales line that took four hundred calls on the release evening and a sales team of three. The AI receptionist answers every line at once, asks which house type the caller is interested in, whether they have a mortgage indication and when they could move, registers them for the phase with their preferences, reads the prices and the plot sizes from the release list, and books a viewing of the show home. Callers asking about the sustainability label get the developer's own answer. The sales team now rings back people in the order they should, not the order they got through.
Aviation
Lesson scheduling for flight schools
A flight school at Lelystad Airport scheduled lessons around weather, aircraft availability and instructor hours, and told students about changes by ringing them from the flight line. The agent now rings each student when the schedule changes, tells them in Dutch or English which slot, which aircraft and which instructor they now have, takes the reply, and offers the next slot their instructor has free when the student cannot make it before the aircraft is reassigned. Students booking a first lesson are asked about their goal, their medical and their availability, and booked with the right instructor. Instructors now brief the student in front of them instead of ringing the next one.
Produce trading
Delivery slot calls for produce traders
An onion and potato trader in Emmeloord booked growers into delivery slots by phone, from a desk that was also answering the weighbridge and the buyers. The agent rings each grower about their slot, confirms how many tonnes of which variety are coming and at what time, moves the slot when the grower asks, and flags to the desk any grower whose load is bigger than the slot on the weighbridge allows. Growers ringing in to change a slot are handled the same way. The desk now runs the weighbridge, and the lorries arrive when the slots say.
How we work in Flevoland
Scoping is a call on Almere time, in Dutch or English, and the agent is built to the wording and the hours you sign off. It connects to the CRM, the scheduling or the logistics system you already run, is tested on recordings of your own callers, and every call is transcribed and kept in the EU. A business whose volume would be better served by a person on the desk is told so before the build.
Where else we work
The same agents answer phones and work call lists for businesses in Zeeland, Utrecht and Overijssel, and the Netherlands page covers where else we are working this year.
