Real estate
Outbound calling for real estate leads
A brokerage covering the northern suburbs was buying more leads than it could physically call, which is a strange problem to pay for twice. The agent now calls every one within a few minutes, asks which school districts, what they can spend and how soon they need to be in, and books showings into the right agent's calendar. Leads that are not ready go into a monthly cycle instead of a spreadsheet, and the brokerage did not hire the inside sales team it could not afford.
Medical clinics
Working a clinic waiting list
Cancellations left holes in the schedule and nobody had a spare hour to work the waiting list, so the holes stayed. The outbound agent calls that list the moment a slot opens, in order, until somebody takes it, and books them without a staff member touching the phone. It also confirms the next day's appointments, which is where most of the holes were coming from.
Promotions and sales
Promotions and sales campaigns
A Georgia retail group could produce a report of everyone who bought a related product last year, and that is as far as it ever went. The agent calls them, gives the offer in a sentence, answers the two questions that always follow, and takes the order or sends the link. Anyone who asks not to be called is not called again, by this campaign or the next one.
How we work with Georgia businesses
The agent identifies itself, calls only within the hours you allow, honors opt-outs on the call, and logs the outcome of each one. You see what was said, to whom, and what happened next.
Where else we work
The same agents answer phones and work call lists for businesses in North Carolina, Virginia and Massachusetts, and the United States page covers where else we are working this year.
